摘 要制造业在我国经济发展中发挥着重要作用,为社会经济的发展提供持续动力。内部控制是社会经济发展过程的产物,也是现代企业管理体系的重要组成部分,同时也是衡量公司管理水平的重要标志。但是目前部分制造业企业存在管理人员重视程度不够,内部控制的相关制度不完善,内部监督机制不健全,风险评估机制缺失等问题,严重阻碍制造业企业的长久发展。因而,制造业企业需要重构和完善内部控制体系,提升企业整体管理水平,增强企业应对风险的能力,保障企业的可持续发展。本文以山东华源莱动内燃机公司为例,经实地访谈、调查取得企业内部控制的第一手资料,对该企业内部控制体系的构建与运行状况进行分析,深入挖掘企业目前内部控制存在的问题,最后从管理人员重视程度、企业文化建设、内部监督机制、内部控制的相关制度、风险评估机制等方面提出相应的对策建议,旨在帮助制造业企业提高市场竞争力。 关键词:内部控制;制造业企业;优化对策1AbstractThe manufacturing industry plays an important role in China's economic development and provides a sustained impetus for social and economic development.
