I5~6 岁幼儿分享行为的现状及策略研究摘要 人一生的发展是一个社会化的过程,其中个体的分享行为是把握其社会化程度的重要指标,所以培养一个孩子的分享行为,能够帮助孩子更好的社会化。本研究的研究对象是 5-6 岁年龄阶段的幼儿,使用了问卷法、自然观察法以及访谈法,分别针对幼儿、家长、教师进行调查研究,尝试了解该阶段幼儿分享行为的现状,同时提供相应的培养策略。研究发现 5-6 岁年龄阶段的幼儿,在进行区域活动时更经常出现分享行为,并且分享行为都是在同伴间产生的,其中出于外部动机的分享较多;教师的引导以及家庭教养方式的不同,都会对幼儿的分享行为产生一定的影响。同时提出从创设环境、树立分享意识、树立榜样等方面来促进幼儿分享行为的发生。关键词 大班幼儿 分享行为 IIResearch on the Current Situation and Strategies of Sharing Behavior of Children Aged 5~6Abstract The development of a person's life is a process of socialization, in which the individual's sharing behavior is an important indicator to grasp the degree of socialization. Therefore, cultivating a child's sharing behavior can help the child to better socialize. The research object of this study is the children aged 5-6 years old. Questionnaire, natural observation and interview are used to investigate and study the children, parents and teachers respectively, trying to understand the current situation of children's sharing behavior at this stage and provide corresponding training strategies.The study found that children aged 5-6 years often share behaviors in regional activities, and sharing behaviors are generated among peers, with more sharing due to external motives.Teachers' guidance and different ways of family upbringing will have certain influence on children's sharing behavior.
