北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计探月机器人机械手结构设计探月机器人机械手结构设计摘 要机械手泛指能够模仿人手和手臂动作的自动操作装置,能够抓取物品或者搬运物品,并按照固定的程序进行操作,被广泛应用与各行各业。机械手主要由手部、运动机构和控制系统组成。本文以近年来较为热门的登月项目为背景,设计了搭载在探月机器人上的机械手。本文对机械手进行了结构设计,通过计算与仿真验证设计的可行性,并对机械手进行了三维建模,绘制了机械手的装配图和零件图。关键词:机械手,登月机器人,结构设计,电动式关节型机器人机械手北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Structure design of robot manipulator for lunar explorationAbstractThe manipulator generally refers to an automatic operation device that can imitate the movements of human hands and arms. It can grasp items or carry items and operate according to a fixed procedure, so it is widely used in various industries. The manipulator is mainly composed of hand, motion mechanism and control system.
