1摘 要 教学风格是一个教师对于教学理解以及对于教学热爱程度的高度体现,高度成熟的教学理念与风格是每一位优秀教师对于教学事业的追求。小学生正处于身心发展的关键期,一位具有独特教学风格的教师对小学生的思维、个性、审美发展等方面会产生长远且深刻的影响。尽管每一位优秀的教师都有自己不同的教学风格,然而在不同的教学风格之间也在外显与内隐上既存在差别也有着相互之间的联系。针对这一现状,笔者选取典型案例,深入挖掘不同教学风格的特征,提高教师对教学风格的认识与理解,遵循教师自身的个性,从而能够探索出发挥教师各自优势的教学风格与课堂模式,将教师的个人优势与教学风格进行融合提供参考。 关键词:小学教师;教学风格;个性特征;风格形成 2AbstractTeaching style is a high reflection of teachers'understanding of teaching and their love for teaching.
