摘 要咸阳作为西北地区中小城市典型，正进入城市化快速发展阶段。本论文主要研究在咸阳这个城市中，公共自行车项目的发展阶段和所存在的问题研究，从而提出解决和优化公共资源配置的建设性意见。近年来，伴随而来的环境污染，能源危机，交通堵塞等一系列问题。在困境面前走可持续发展道路成为了咸阳城市发展的必经之路。咸阳公共自行车项目，正是政府响应国家节能减排，低碳生活的重要举措。作为全国公共自行车项目试点城市之一，和其他城市一样，咸阳公共自行车项目自身存在一些问题，服务点设置问题，借车还车难问题，存在较大安全问题等。如何解决咸阳公共自行车项目存在的问题，给出理性化建议与意见，共建美好咸阳。以上是本毕业论文所研究的主要内容和最终目标。关键词：公共自行车；可持续发展；咸阳AbstractAs a typical, small and medium-sized cities in the northwest of xianyang is entering the phase of rapid urbanization.
