中国非营利组织治理机制的现状和展望摘要： 当前非营利组织在整体快速发展和数量剧增的同时，也暴露出了许多潜在的问题，如法律不健全、公信力的缺失、监督不力、内部治理困境，而在此基础上，借鉴西方国家与本国自身发展较好的非营利组织的经验教训，为了解决这些问题，可以采取的措施有加强非营利组织立法、依法公益、加强自身建设、建立和完善自律性与他律性相结合的道德机制、建构和完善信息披露制度、建立约束治理主体的监督机制、完善内部治理结构。将这些措施应用于实际，并结合各组织自身的特点，适当地调整，具体问题具体分析，实现带有自身特点的长久发展。 关键词： 非营利组织 治理 公信力AbstractAt present, non-profit organizations are developing rapidly and the number of non-profit organizations is increasing rapidly. At the same time, many potential problems are also exposed, such as imperfect laws, lack of credibility, ineffective supervision and internal governance difficulties. On this basis, learning from the experience and lessons of non-profit organizations that have developed well in western countries and their own countries, in order to solve these problems, the measures that can be taken include strengthening the legislation of non-profit organizations, public welfare according to law, strengthening their own construction, establishing and perfecting the moral mechanism combining self-discipline and heteronomy, constructing and perfecting the information disclosure system, establishing the supervision mechanism that restricts the governance subjects, and perfecting the internal governance structure.
