涡轮上盖的加工工艺分析与编程加工I摘要随着各种产业的不断更新,各种产品的加工也不断进化,普通三轴 CNC 精雕车床也渐渐满足不了市场的需求,所以需要实行多轴联动五轴车床完善零件加工。涡轮增压器又称空气压缩机,其涡轮上盖应用的加工方式就是全自动 CNC精雕机多轴联动加工。中国 CNC 精雕机不断发展至今日,从几年前的手工精雕转变为现在的机器精雕。精雕机给人们带来了前所未有的变化,既节省了精雕时间,还把精雕工艺得到提高,这使得很多行业收益于精雕机的出现。本文章则采用先进设备 JDGR400-A15SH 五轴机床来实现加工。本设计主要研究的是涡轮上盖的加工工艺分析与编程加工,分析所加工涡轮上盖的三视图,思考其配合关系和作用,绘制出产品三维模型,按照拟定大纲并运用 JDSoft SurfMill 软件分析出其产品工艺规划、工艺分析、编程、仿真模拟和后期处理,在确保编程无误的情况下,进行加工,其产品的优劣取决于尺寸的误差和配合的紧凑性。关键词:涡轮上盖;精雕机;软件IIABSTRACTEquipment manufacturing industry represents a country's industry.With the continuous development of China's manufacturing industry and the continuous upgrading of numerical control technology, common three-axis numerical control machining technology has long been popular , but the traditional three-axis technology still cannot solve some complex machining problems, so it is necessary to develop multi-axis linkage numerical control machine tools.Turbocharger impeller machining is also a common example in multi-axis NC machining.With the rapid development of manufacturing industry, the processing method of impeller is also gradually changing.
