同人小说的著作权问题研究 汉语言文学专业

中 文 摘 要随着我国文化产业发展和繁荣，各类小说兴起。加上电视电影产业发展，一些电视电影开始利用同人小说进行影视创作，直接推动同人小说的发展和创作数量。就我国目前同人小说创作人员，部分同人小说的内容架构、人物形象，甚至是人物生活背景都相同，造成著作权侵权案件频发，不仅影响小说产业发展，也影响我国法治社会发展，基于此点，才有了本文对同人小说的著作权问题研究。关键词 同人小说 著作权 侵权案件毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要Title Study on Copyright of Cognate NovelsAbstractWith the development and prosperity of China's cultural industry, various kinds of fiction have sprung up.
