我国国际储备管理的研究论文

本科论文摘 要一个国家持有的外币存款就叫做外汇，它本质上为一种货币，一国可以通过储备一定的外汇来在国际贸易当中进行支付结算。不仅如此，储备上一定数量的外汇还可以在一定程度上预防国际资本的冲击，由此来使本币的币值保持稳定。随着我国国际储备额日益呈现出增长的趋势，我国的国际储备问题也越来越激起了世界各国的广泛重视。因此，对于巨大数额的外汇储备，用什么方法对它们进行有效的管理和合理的运用也日渐被政府重视起来。本文将结合着我国当前国际储备资产规模不合理，黄金储备量过低等实际情况，从规模和结构两个方面对我国的国际储备进行叙述，对国际储备中出现的重要商品储备水平过低、投资方式过于保守等问题进行探讨，究其出现的原因和产生的影响，并基于此提出改变外汇储备的思路，优化政策等一系列建议。关键词：国际储备，规模结构，对策建议本科论文AbstractForeign currency deposits held by a country are called foreign exchange. It is essentially a currency that a country can use to reserve foreign currency for payment and settlement in international trade. Moreover, a certain amount of foreign exchange reserves can prevent the impact of international capital to a certain extent, thus keeping the value of the local currency stable.
