本科论文摘 要中国的民营企业是中国特色社会主义市场经济下的主体，是最具有生机的。我们国家的民营企业是国内创业就业的主要载体，并且是我们社会主义市场重要的经济发展的支柱之一。国家搞好民营经济，并且大力发展好民营经济，也是体现深化改革开放继续发展近平主席新时代中国特色社会主义发展理念的重要举措，国家最近几年来也出台了多项有利于民营企业发展的政策。 在 2008 年爆发的亚洲金融危机过后，虽然我国民营企业开始注意到民营企业自身的治理结构以及内部审计等方面的问题，但是现阶段这些问题并没有得到很好的解决，这一现象也没有引起民营企业的经营管理者和民营企业内部审计人员的高度重视。 本文针对民营企业内部审计所存在的问题进一步的重点剖析，全方位对这些问题进行讨论研究并且提出相关的对策，希望以此能够促进我们国家的民营企业达到一个积极地健康的发展状态。关键字：民营企业，问题与对策，民营企业的内部审计AbstractChina's private enterprises are the main body under the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and are the most dynamic.
