I基于马斯洛需求层次理论在企业招聘中的应用内 容 摘 要现阶段我国随着经济高速发展,中小企业的数量日益增多,他们在我国经济体制中占据重要地位,而且具有很强的自主创新能力,也是因为如此,中小企业的竞争越来越激烈,又因为自身规模等多方面原因难以和大企业竞争,中小企业在可持续发展过程中,人力资源方面需求紧缺。企业的生存和发展是需要以人力资源为基础的,而招聘的有效实施是人力资源管理系统正常运转的前提,所以在整个企业人力资源管理工作中,招聘工作显得尤为重要。本文以中小企业的招聘过程为研究对象,结合马斯洛需求层次理论,通过研究国内外的文献,介绍马斯洛需求层次理论与企业招聘的相关理论,为后文的书写奠定理论基础;其次通过对挑选的四家企业的进行访谈研究收集数据,在企业招聘现状的基础上,找出影响企业招聘有效性的诸多因素;最后,结合马斯洛需求层次理论为企业招聘提出有针对性的建议,比如扩大企业招聘力度,培养建立招聘团队,根据马斯洛理论对招聘不同层次员工提出不同的相应条件以及相应的招聘建议等。关键词:需求层次;中小企业;企业招聘IIApplication of Maslow's Demand Hierarchy Theory in Enterprise RecruitmentAbstractAt present, with the rapid economic development in China, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises is increasing.
