企业资本结构优化的影响因素及筹资决策研究

本科论文摘 要企业资本结构是指企业各种资本所占的的比例关系，也就是企业筹资方式选择的结果。因此，企业资本结构与筹资决策存在密切联系。本篇文章先阐述了资本结构概念与各种筹资方式，分析了企业资本结构和筹资决策中存在的问题，认识到寻找最佳资本结构是筹资决策的关键。有了最佳资本结构，企业就会对现有资本结构进行调整，一个合理的资本结构可以帮助企业更好的进行发展，如果资本结构不合理，将会影响企业的生产和经营。公司应制定合理的融资方案，改善企业内部监管制度，尽力拓展资本市场，从而通过正确的筹资决策达到优化企业资本结构的目的。关键字：资本结构，筹资决策，企业本科论文AbstractThe capital structure of an enterprise refers to the proportion of all kinds of capital in the enterprise, which is the result of the choice of financing methods. Therefore, there is a close relationship between capital structure and financing decision. This paper first expounds the concept of capital structure and various financing methods, analyzes the problems existing in the capital structure and financing decision-making of enterprises, and realizes that finding the best capital structure is the key to financing decision-making. With the best capital structure, enterprises will adjust the existing capital structure. A reasonable capital structure can help enterprises develop better. If the capital structure is not reasonable, it will affect the production and operation of enterprises.
