The Application of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory in Human Resource ManagementAbstractAs the economy is booming and evolving at an exponential rate, we have witnessed the intense competition happening among participants in a highly saturated marketplace, in which human resource management can function as an indispensable part of corporate governance while providing invaluable insights for the maintenance of talents. The development of all walks of life can’t do without human resources. Excellent talents furnish great momentum for the development of corporates. Satisfaction of needs is the intrinsic motivation that drives people to action. According to individual differences and changes in the external economic environment, people's physiological and psychological needs are also change. It is conducive to the targeted management and incentive of employees at different levels of demand for applying the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory to human resource management, and can therefore mobilize the enthusiasm of personnels and promote the preferably development of the corporates.This research is mainly based on the application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs in human resource management, which analyzed the problems existing in the process and proposed optimization methods to improve the efficiency.
