摘 要以采用秸秆、棉絮、滑石粉、硅藻土、纳米二氧化钛、脱氢醋酸钠、荧光粉、茶叶粉、去离子水等作为制备墙衣的主要原材料,其中硅藻材料为功能性填料、硅藻土负载的纳米二氧化钛为光催化材料。探讨了墙衣中的有害物质含量,模拟研究了常温日光下墙衣对室内空气甲醛的净化率及净化的持久性。实验结果表明,墙衣中挥发性有机化合物含量合格;在标准状况下,纳米二氧化钛的用量为 4%左右较为适宜;在饱和实验 15 天时,墙衣的持久净化率依然大于 70%,可以证明墙衣具有非常好的持久净化能力。通过测试了解墙衣的环保性,制取既符合大众审美需要,又实用实惠,质量安全的墙衣产品,并促进建筑涂料行业的研究进程。关键词:墙衣;纳米二氧化钛;甲醛;净化AbstractStraw, cotton batting, talcum powder, diatomite, nanometer titanium dioxide, sodium dehydroacetate, phosphor, tea powder, deionized water, etc. were used as the main raw materials for wall coat preparation, among which diatomite material was the functional packing and nanometer titanium dioxide loaded with diatomite was the photocatalytic material.The contents of harmful substances in wall clothing were discussed and the purification rate and the durability of formaldehyde in indoor air were simulated.The results showed that the content of volatile organic compounds in the wall coating was qualified.Under standard conditions, the dosage of nano titanium dioxide is about 4%.When the saturation experiment lasted for 15 days, the lasting purification rate of the wall coat was still more than 70%, which can prove that the wall coat has a very good lasting purification ability.Through the test to understand the environmental protection of wall clothing, the production of both in line with the public aesthetic needs, practical and affordable, quality and safety of wall clothing products, and promote the research process of the architectural coating industry.Key words:Wall garment;Nano titan...
