摘 要 琴 湖 作 为 宁 德 师 范 学 院 唯 一 的 景 观 水 体 ， 在 校内 环 境 美 化 和 生 态 维 护 方 面 发 挥 着 重 要 作 用 。 水 质恶 化 会 直 接 影 响 到 全 体 师 生 的 工 作 和 学 习 。 本 次 为调 查 研 究 琴 湖 浮 游 植 物 时 空 变 化 ， 对 琴 湖6 个 位 点分 别 在 2019 年 夏 季 及 秋 季 进 行 采 样 研 究 ， 结 果 如 下 :共 鉴 定 出 浮 游 植 物 5 门 19 属 26 种 。 细 胞 密 度 分 布 ：夏季（2.98×108±1.30×108cells/L）>秋季（1.35×108±6.87×107cells/L），生物量：夏季（14.79±7.76 mg/L ） > 秋 季 （ 11.6±7.73 mg/L ） ； 主 要 优 势 种 为 裸 藻 ； 浮游 植 物 多 样 性 指 数 低 ， 表 明 琴 湖 浮 游 植 物 群 集 稳 定性 较 差 。 通 过 浮 游 植 物 和 环 境 因 子 相 关 性 分 析 表 明 ：温 度 、 总 磷 、 氨 氮 和 电 导 率 是 影 响 琴 湖 浮 游 植 物 细胞 密 度 变 化 主 要 因 子 。 本 研 究 揭 示 了 夏 季 和 秋 季 琴湖 浮 游 植 物 的 结 构 特 征 ， 并 为 琴 湖 水 质 治 理 提 供 了基 础 数 据 参 考 。关 键 词 ： 琴 湖 ； 浮 游 植 物 ； 环 境 因 子 ； 水 质Abstract As the only landscape water body in Ningde Normal University,Qinhu Lake plays an important role in the campus environment beautification and ecological maintenance.The deterioration of water quality will directly affect the work and study of all teachers and students.In order to investigate the temporal and spatial changes of phytoplankton in Qinhu lake, six sites were sampled in summer and autumn 2019 respectively.
