摘 要家庭是社会的组成细胞，国家与家庭是共同体。家庭是每个人重要的生存环境。家庭暴力作为一种全球性的公共危害，存在于每个国家。家庭暴力是发生在家庭内部的一种暴力行为，正在破坏婚姻和家庭，侵犯妇女、儿童和老人等弱势群体的合法权益，对家庭和社会有害。家庭暴力不单单对每一位家庭成员的身心造成伤害和威胁，并且会严重破坏家庭的和谐与稳定。这违背了构建社会主义和谐社会的发展要求，引起了全社会的广泛关注。关键词：家庭暴力；婚姻法；预防制止惩治ABSTRACT The family is the constituent cell of the society, and the state and the family are the community.
