前刹车调整臂的工艺规程及工装设计论文设计

摘要此次设计内容涉及了很多方面的知识，包含了机械制造工艺、金属切削机床、公差配合与测量、机床夹具设计等内容。本设计主要由三个部分组成，分别为：工艺设计、工序设计和专用夹具。在工艺设计中，要设计出毛坯的结构，需先分析零件了解了零件的工艺，再选好零件的加工基准，并设计出零件的工艺路线；接下来对零件各个工步的工序进行尺寸计算，计算和选择出各个工序的切削用量和工艺装备；再接着是专用夹具的设计，选择设计出夹具的定位元件、引导元件、夹紧元件、夹具体预计床单连接部件和其他部件；最后计算夹具定位所产生的定位误差，并分析所设计夹具结构的优缺点，以便在以后设计时改进。关键词：设计、前刹车调整臂、工艺、机械、机床AbstractThis design involves many aspects of knowledge, including mechanical manufacturing process, metal cutting machine tools, tolerance matching and measurement, machine tool fixture design and other content.The design is mainly composed of three parts, respectively: process design, process design and special fixture.In the process design, to design the structure of the blank, need to analyze the parts to understand the parts of the process, then choose the parts of the processing base, and design the parts of the process route;Next, calculate the dimensions of each working step of the parts, calculate and select the cutting parameters and process equipment of each working procedure;Then followed by the design of special fixture, the selection of the design of fixture positioning components, guide components, clamping components, clamping specific expected bed sheet connecting parts and other parts;Finally, the positioning error caused by the fixture positioning is calculated, and the advantages and disadvantages of the designed fixture structure are analyzed, so as to improve the design in the future.Keywords: design, front brake adjustment arm, process, machinery, machine tool目录摘要.......................
