摘 要酒店行业作为劳动密集型服务行业,人力资源成为酒店兴衰的关键因素
近年来酒店发展势头有所乏力,与酒店企业不重视人力资源开发有很大的关系
而人力资源管理的不理想,最直接的后果就是酒店员工流失率过高
本文通过对酒店员工发放的调查问卷,首先分析员工流失率高的原因和酒店现有的激励机制,并针对激励机制收集员工的意见和看法,找出激励机制存在的问题和漏洞,改进物质激励和精神激励,提出提高薪酬、建立合理的奖惩制度、提高员工福利、健全激励机制等相关解决措施,解决酒店员工流失率过高的问题
