摘 要伴随着人类社会的迅猛发展，人类文明空前发展，人口数量不断激增，农业的重要性也日渐凸显。但是农业的发展也受到了各种条件的影响。农产品价格波动的不稳定，会给居民的日常生活带来许多的困扰。因此如何稳定物价，推动农产品价格的平稳运行便成了重中之重。目前为止我国对于调控农产品价格方面的研究还不够充分，尤其是运用财政政策去调控农产品价格方面更是显得捉襟见肘，因此如何利用财政政策的导向、协调、控制和稳定四种作用，对于政府调控农产品价格，维持物价稳定具有重要意义。本文主要通过对农产品价格波动产生的原因和影响进行介绍和分析，结合我国现行的财政政策和控制农产品价格波动的相关措施探讨。深入分析了财政政策对稳定农产品价格的重要性，并且在最后借鉴了美国，日本两个国家在调控农产品价格波动方面的财政政策。提出了完善我国稳定农产品价格的财政政策建议，以及对如何行之有效的稳定农产品价格波动做了一些思考。关键词: 农产品；价格波动；财政政策；其他政策1Abstract With the development of economy and the progress of society, the unprecedented development of human civilization, the increasing number of population, the importance of agriculture is increasingly prominent.
