I 齐齐哈尔大学大学生创业能力问题培养研究 摘 要随着我国高等教育从精英阶层向大众化的转变，大学生就业的结构性矛盾日益突出当前，我国出现了“大众创业、万众创新”的现象，并且有愈演愈烈的趋势，在此背景下如果能够引导大学生们拥有自主创业的观念和想法，开设关于这方面的课程，提升大学生群体的创业能力，能够为国家减轻就业方面的沉重负担，还有利于把我国变成创新型国家。本论文的主要研究课题就是大学生的创业能力，以齐齐哈尔大学为研究案例，通过对齐齐哈尔大学学生创业问题的问卷调查，从创业学习能力、心理应对能力、创新创造能力、组织和管理能力和机会把握能力等方面分析和探讨了学生群体在这方面的能力，指出了其中存在的不足，分析了造成这种不足的原因，最后从提高齐大学生创业的自身创业热情，推动齐大创业教育的协同发展，创造良好的学生创业机会等方面提出了自己的思考。希望为当前“大众创业、万众创新”背景下齐齐哈尔大学学生创业能力的提升提供参考和借鉴。关键词：大学生创业；创业能力；创业教育；校企合作IIAbstractWith the development of the high education in our country, the university has been increasing the number of graduates.
