企业筹资风险的成因及对策摘要 企业筹资风险即狭义的财务风险，是指企业在经营活动中与筹资风险有关的风险。筹资风险的研究对于一个企业的经营和发展非常重要。筹资风险主要表现在筹资成本过大、利率过高、债务规模过大而致使企业过度负债，债务期限结构不合理而构成财务危机等等。针对风险，分析企业筹资风险产生的原因有外部金融市场的变动、企业资本结构、债务期限结构不合理也会产生筹资风险。为了有效地防范风险，提出建立有效地风险防范机制、选用最优的投资项目、优化资本结构、合理安排企业债务期限、确保企业偿债能力等对策。关键词：财务风险；资本结构；财务杠杆；负债规模The financial risk of enterprisesABSTRACT The risk of enterprise raising funds is financial risk in the narrow sense which is the risk related to the raising funds risk in the operation activity of the enterprise. The study of raising funds is critical to the operation and development of the enterprise. he raising funds risk mainly shows in following aspects: large raising fund cost,high rate,large scale of debt resulting in the enterprise is heavily in debt,the irrational debt dealine structure forming financial risk and so on. We can analysis the cause of enterprise raising funds risk by taking into consideration the risk. The reasons are:the change of external financial market,the structure of enterprise`s captal,the irrational debt deadline can also result in risk.
