农村幼儿园课程资源开发与利用的问题和对策VIP专享

摘 要农村幼儿园课程资源的开发和利用对促进幼儿园发展以及幼儿全面发展有至关重要的作用。本研究选取了宝鸡地区某五所幼儿园作为研究对象，通过调查发现，地方政府和教育主管部门对于幼儿园课程资源开发缺少资金和政策扶持；幼儿教师课程资源开发能力不足；幼儿家长不支持等几方面的问题；并针对这些问题提出以下解决对策：当地政府教育主管部门加大资金扶持力度；制定严格教师招聘标准；组织教师专业培训；建立健全评价和激励机制；建立家校合作平台；定期开展课程资源开发与利用的交流会议；善于捕捉幼儿的兴趣点。关键词：农村幼儿园；课程资源；开发和利用IAbstractThe development and utilization of curriculum resources in rural kindergartens is of vital importance to the development of kindergarten.
