[摘 要]:纳米碳酸钙作为一种新型功能材料,已广泛应用于涂料中,具体而言,将纳米碳酸钙应用到传统的涂料中后,可以使涂料的性能变得更为优异。伴随着纳米科技在工业领域的渗透纳米碳酸钙在涂料中的应用一相关产品的生产也达到了工业化的水平这就对这里领域内的研究提出了更高的要求,本文蚕蛹的研究方法有以下几种:讨论分散剂种类、分散剂用量、浆料浓度、分散时间和温度对纳米碳酸钙分散效果的影响。结果表明,在循环水冷却、同时使用钛酸酯偶联剂等分散剂、钛酸酯偶联剂用量为纳米碳酸钙粉体质量的 3%、纳米碳酸钙浆料浓度为 15%、分散时间为 1.0 h 的条件下,可以制备出相对稳定的纳米碳酸钙浆料。从而得出相应的结论,即纳米碳酸钙浆料对涂料中的颜填料有一定的悬浮作用。添加它可以提高涂料的储存稳定性,改善乳胶漆的触变性。[关键词]:涂料 配方 纳米碳酸钙 涂料的发展The Research on the Preparation of Nano calcium carbonate in Coatings [Abstract]:As a new functional material, nano-calcium carbonate has been widely used in coatings.
