I企业灵活用工模式的案例研究——以阿里巴巴为例 摘 要近年来,随着国内灵活用工趋势的突显，部分岗位使用固定的全职员工成本较大，更多的企业开始选择与人力资源服务机构合作，使用新型灵活用工模式满足自身的业务需求。今年受疫情影响，春节廷后复工过程中更是使得灵活用工愈来愈热，随着国家政策出台后，灵活用工模式更是倍受青睐，纵多企业纷纷选择了灵活用工模式作为企业复工的主要方式。本文以阿里巴巴旗下饿了么灵活招聘骑手以及新推出的灵活用工平台为例，对其灵活用工模式进行详细的分析阐述，以及列举一些灵活用工的理论概述进行对应分析，并结合灵活用工的新政策，分析其优劣势，从而在诸多方面去了解企业灵活用工模式。关键词：灵活用工；用工模式；阿里巴巴IIIA case study on flexible employment model of Enterprises -- Taking Alibaba as an exampleAbstractIn recent years, with the trend of domestic flexible employment highlighted, the cost of using fixed full-time employees for some positions is relatively large, and more enterprises begin to choose to cooperate with human resources service agencies, and use new flexible employment mode to meet their business needs.
