I摘 要在当前激烈的建筑市场竞争中,施工企业必须在项目施工过程中运用科学且有效的方法加强成本控制,在保证项目质量,安全和工期等合同条件下,降低施工成本投入,进而获得最大的盈利,以提高经济效益以及竞争力,才得以获得可持续发展的机会。本文首先阐述成本控制的相关理论。其次,通过分析研究现阶段建设项目施工过程中成本控制的影响因素及存在的问题,找出存在的主要问题有缺乏有效的成本控制措施,施工组织存在不合理并缺少科学性,企业在成本控制方面缺少一个完善的体系。随后,本文以实际项目作为案例,分析该项目在施工过程中采用挣值法对项目施工过程中的成本进行全过程的控制以及对施工过程中存在问题所采取的一系列措施。最后,经过研究分析发现加强工程变更管理,优化施工组织设计和资源的合理配置以及采取挣值法对施工项目的成本做一个全程的监督及时发现成本控制的偏差并纠正等方法可以降低施工成本,提高企业竞争力。关键词:建设项目;施工过程;成本控制;对策措施IIAbstractTo obtain opportunities for sustainable development in the current fierce competition of the construction market, construction companies must strengthen cost control during project construction by scientific and effective methods, reduced the construction cost under the contract conditions such as ensuring project quality, safety and duration to obtain maximum profit.
