北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文建筑工程施工质量过程管理研究摘 要纵观国内外，工程施工过程质量问题一直是一个难题。房屋建筑施工质量问题，给我国房屋建筑行业的健康发展造成极大影响，如何在施工过程中有效控制建筑工程的质量已经日渐被重视，其中最关键的一环就是在工程施工阶段进行良好的质量管理。应该说切实提升和保证工程施工质量是每一个建筑行业技术人员重点关心的问题，伴随着市场经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，对建筑工程的质量也提出了越来越高的要求，笔者在本文中，将结合目前我国建筑行业的相关背景知识，对在建筑工程过程中如何管控施工质量开展粗浅的研究。结合国内外建筑行业的现实，对比其施工质量管理的现状和历史发展进程，给出笔者的意见和建议。关键词：施工过程 工程质量 质量管理 I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractAll abroad A quality product of the construction process is a problem. The quality of housing is of great importance for the healthy development of the Chinese housing industry.
