For the construction enterprises, it is worthwhile for them to pay enough attention on the cost management and control of construction projects in order to improve the economic benefits and competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly pivotal to find the problems during cost management process and then to solve as well as optimize the cost control process of construction enterprises.This study mainly focuses on the cost control issues in the construction project, and will propose corresponding countermeasures combining with a specific case.
