年产 8 万吨丙烯酸工艺设计年产 80000 吨丙烯酸生产工艺设计摘 要本次设计是采用丙烯直接氧化法生产丙烯酸,又称丙烯二步氧化法。丙烯在第一个反应器生成丙烯醛,在第二个反应器生成产物丙烯酸,然后送入精制,其间需加入催化剂。整个工艺过程大致分为氧化工段和精制工段两个部分,氧化部分主要设备有第一氧化器和第二氧化器,精制部分主要有吸收塔,汽提塔,脱水塔和脱重塔,还有附属设备冷却器等,以此来实现丙烯酸的生产及精制。本次设计主要包括生产方案选择、工艺流程图及描述、物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型、车间布置和环境保护等。并绘制了 PFD 图、PID 图、车间布置图和主要设备装配图。关键词:丙烯酸、二步氧化法、氧化工段、精制工段、工艺设计Process Design of Acrylic Acid with Annual Output of 80,000 TonsAbstractThe design is to use propylene direct oxidation method to produce acrylic acid, also known as propylene two-step oxidation method. Acrolein is produced in the first reactor, then acrylic acid is produced in the second reactor, and the product is fed into the refining process, during which a catalyst is added.
