丙烯在第一个反应器生成丙烯醛,在第二个反应器生成产物丙烯酸,然后送入精制,其间需加入催化剂
整个工艺过程大致分为氧化工段和精制工段两个部分,氧化部分主要设备有第一氧化器和第二氧化器,精制部分主要有吸收塔,汽提塔,脱水塔和脱重塔,还有附属设备冷却器等,以此来实现丙烯酸的生产及精制
本次设计主要包括生产方案选择、工艺流程图及描述、物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型、车间布置和环境保护等
并绘制了 PFD 图、PID 图、车间布置图和主要设备装配图
