酒店业人力资源流动管理分析摘要随着我国市场经济的发展,我国的酒店业人力资源流动率一直居高不下,成为困扰酒店管理的一大难题。适当的员工流动是经营中的一种正常行为,但人力资源的高流动率对酒店业的经营和管理会带来负面影响,最终也会影响酒店业的经营成败。本文将结合理论研究和实例分析的方法,通过总结酒店业人力资源管理的特点和现状,辩证指出其带来的经营和管理成本等方面的影响,分析出我国酒店业人力资源流动的原因主要有酒店员工的个人特征、酒店业管理制度不完善和酒店内部环境和社会外部环境的影响等三个方面,最后进一步从招聘、薪酬管理、管理理念、企业文化、反馈机制五个方面提出了相应的解决对策,从而使企业在管理上和经营上实现可持续发展。关键词:酒店业;人力资源管理;人力资源流动;对策第 1 页 共 18 页ANALYSIS ON HUMAN RESOURCES FLOWS IN HOTEL INDUSTRY ABSTRACTWith the development of China's market economy in recent years, human resources flows go up dramatically in China's hotel industry, which turned to be a major problem for hotel management personnel. Appropriate employee flows is a normal behavior, but the high flows of human resources will have a negative impact on both operation and management of the hotel industry, and ultimately will decide the hotel industry's business success or failure. This paper will combine theory and case analysis, by summarizing the characteristics of human resources management and status, then analyze the causes of the flows of human resources in hotel industry, the causes mainly conclude personnel’s characteristics, manage disadvantages and environment both inside and outside.
