本科论文摘 要民营企业的治理模式在我国普遍采用的就是家族治理模式 ，同时，民营企业是我国非公有制经济的重要组成部分。我国经济的飞速发展，家族企业发挥了不可磨灭的作用，民营家族企业缓解了我国的就业压力，提高人民的幸福指数有着现实意义。然而，在倡导现代管理模式的今天，家族模式存在的问题日益突出，例如，家族企业任人唯亲，导致人才流失，资本运营不合理，家族制度不健全等是制约家族发展的重要因素。本文将从企业的发展出发，以财务管理为主题，探讨家族企业制度革新问题，针对其问题，提出解决措施，希望对家族制企业模式的改进与发展有所帮助。关键词：民营企业、家族制、财务管理本科论文AbstractThe family system mode is widely used by private enterprises in China. At the same time, private enterprises are an important part of non-public economy. With the rapid development of China's economy, family business plays an indelible role. Family business alleviates the employment pressure in China and improves people's happiness index. However, with the promotion of modern management model, the problems of family model are increasingly prominent.
