本科论文摘 要在当前的高等教育中，理论性知识的学习较多，职业发展类的教育较少。这一问题导致部分大学生进入社会后社会经验不足，不能及时适应社会生活，无法摆正心态，导致在面临就业时产生各种各样的心理问题。本文在国内外文献综述及理工类高校大学生就业心理基本概念与理论基础上，对山东交通学院毕业生就业心理现状进行调查分析，从中发现理工类高校大学生就业心理存在的问题及原因，提出理工类高校大学生就业心理问题的应对策略。关键词：理工类高校，大学生，就业心理，问题，对策本科论文AbstractIn the current higher education, there are more theoretical knowledge learning and less professional development education.
