金融-中美上市公司股利分配问题的对比研究论文设计

摘 要上市公司的股利分配问题，影响着投资者的收益，进而影响上市公司的整体发展。科学合理的股利分配政策，可以为上市公司吸引更多投资者，增强股票市场的活力，进一步推动资本市场的健康稳定发展。目前，我国上市公司股利分配方面存在着很多问题，而以美国为代表的西方发达国家在股利的分配的政策制定和分配方式的选择上具有一定先进的经验。本文拟通过比较分析中美两国上市公司股利分配相关内容的不同之处，比较中美两国的股利分配的区别，分析我国上市公司股利分配方面存在的问题，借鉴美国资本市场的先进经验，为上市公司指定股利分配政策给予一定的帮助。关键词： 上市公司 股利 现金红利 AbstractListed companies dividend distribution problems affectingthe returns to investors, thereby affecting the listed company's overallcredibility.
