基于满意度的电商平台仓储配送模式实践 Practice of warehousing and distribution model of e- commerce platform based on satisfaction广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文)内容摘要在当今的互联网,我国 B2C 电商平台逐渐崭露头角,呈现良好的发展趋势。物流仓储配送是电子商务的重要的环节,但因其配送时间较长、配送人员态度差等等各种问题,导致客户体验较差,出现用户粘性降低、对电商平台缺乏信任度和忠诚度等后果。因此,为了提升用户满意度和提升用户体验,众多 B2C 电商企业开始致力于提高物流配送的速度及服务质量。电商企业的发展与物流中心配送模式的合理度、企业选择的仓储配送模式是否符合企业自身,都会影响电商企业的发展。本文主要介绍了以京东商城平台为例的物流仓储配送模式。本文首先详述了电商平台物流配送的基本概念,介绍主要的仓储物流配送模式。在此基础上,结合在京东华南博展园区的实践经历,从中发现仓储配送存在的问题并进行分析,同时做用户满意度调查,并对京东商城仓储配送模式进行优劣势分析和总结。最后,结合以上的分析,基于用户满意度对 B2C 电商平台仓储配送发展提出可能性建议。关键词:B2C 电商平台 物流配送 用户满意度 仓储配送模式广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文)AbstractIn today's Internet, China's B2C e-commerce platform is gradually emerging, showing a good development trend.
