北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 25MW 生物质发电厂设计25MW 生物质发电厂设计摘要随着世界工业和经济进入快速发展时期,对能源的消耗和需求逐渐增长。而生物质能发电能够利用闲置的农业废弃物或秸秆资源,在一定程度上能有效缓解能源短缺问题。本文主要是进行 25MW 生物质发电厂的初步设计,针对目前生物质发电厂存在的不足,如原料的收集、储运与预处理,生物质发电厂布局不合理等问题进行了一定的改进:对原料进行了固化成型处理,提高密度,使其更便于储存、运输;引进了丹麦BWE 公司的生物质蒸汽锅炉技术,提高生物发电厂的经济效益;并按照国家标准进行合理规划布局,避免了原料恶意竞争局面。本设计在参考了目前生物质发电项目的实际情况基础上,制定了工艺方案,并进行设备选型以及物料衡算,得出设备的生产能力,科学合理地进行设备配套;根据甘蔗渣在国内的种植分布情况将厂址选在了广东省湛江市;同时为了能使在生产过程中符合目前绿色制造的理念,对生产中的一些废气废物制定了相关的处理流程设计。关键词:生物质发电;生物质成型燃料;固化成型北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of 25MW biomass power plantAbstractWith the rapid development of world industry and economy, the consumption and demand of energy are increasing gradually.
