近视对原发性开角型青光眼的影响 [摘要]：近视是原发性开角型青光眼（primary open angle glaucoma,POAG）的危险因素，且近视人群易感原发性开角型青光眼，这表明两者之间可能有一定的关联性。而且临床上这两类疾病是有一定的关联的。大量研究证明近视对 POAG 的影响是多方面的，因此当两种疾病同时存在时，诊断和治疗的过程会更加复杂。本文从流行病学特征、解剖及相关病理机制、诊断以及治疗方面阐述了近视对 POAG 的影响，以期提高对近视和原发性开角型青光眼的认识及对两者关联性的重视，减少由于近视导致的原发性开角型青光眼的误诊和漏诊。[关键词]：近视；原发性开角型青光眼；关联性The effects of myopia on primary open angle glaucoma FENG Xiao-qian GuangXi University of Chinese Medicine[Abstract]: Myopia is a risk factor for primary open angle glaucoma (POAG), and myopia population is susceptible to primary open angle glaucoma, which indicates that there may be a certain correlation between the two diseases. A large number of studies have proved that the impact of myopia on POAG is multifaceted, so when two diseases are present at the same time, the process of diagnosis and treatment will be more complicated.
