浅谈秘书的角色意识摘要 当下，“秘书”已然成为最广泛的社会职业之一。一个优秀的秘书想要更好地为领导服务，必须明确自己作为秘书的角色意识。研究秘书的角色意识无论是对于秘书从业人员的能力提升，还是对秘书职业的发展都具有重要意义。本文以论述秘书角色意识的内容和特征为出发点，在研究秘书人员角色错位的表现、原因以及带来的消极影响的基础上，总结归纳出当今秘书除了通过加强自我修养外，还可以从获得他人的反馈以及投身社会实践的途径来培养正确的秘书角色意识。本文旨在帮助秘书人员准确把握角色定位，更好地提升自身的职业素养，进而推动秘书职业化进程。关键词 秘书 角色意识 培养On the role consciousness of secretaryAbstract Nowadays, "secretary" has become one of the most extensive social occupations. An excellent secretary wants to serve the leader better, must clear oneself as the secretary role consciousness. It is of great significance to study the role consciousness of secretary whether it is for the improvement of the ability of secretary practitioners or the development of secretary career. In this paper discusses the content and characteristics of the role consciousness as a starting point, in the performance of the dislocation of the secretarial staff, and the negative consequences of, on the basis of summarizing the current secretary except through strengthen self-improvement, and also can be gained from the feedback of others and in the way of social practice to cultivate the correct secretary role consciousness.
