脊柱创伤合并脊髓损伤的治疗效果观察摘要：目的：探讨脊柱创伤口合并脊髓损伤的临床治疗效果。方法：选取 2015 年 5月～2016 年 5 月我院收治的脊柱创伤口合并脊髓损伤患者 48 例，并对患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：脊柱创伤患者在临床手术治疗中，最短时间为 130 分钟，最长时间为 240 分钟，平均时间为 16 分钟；患者在手术过程中最多出血量为 800 毫升，最少出血量为 400 毫升，平均出血量为 500毫升；患者椎体前缘在手术前平均高度为52 厘米，在术后椎体前缘平均高度为 98 厘米，患者在术后椎体前缘高度明显高于手术前，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：对脊柱创伤口合并脊髓损伤患者进行临床治疗过程中，结合患者的脊髓损伤具体情况以及骨折的类型选取合理的治疗方法，能够有效提升患者的临床治疗效果，值得在临床治疗中应用推广。关键词：脊柱创伤；脊髓损伤；治疗效果Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of spinal trauma combined with spinal cord injury. Methods: 48 cases of spinal cord injury patients admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected, and the clinical data of the patients were analyzed. Results: the patients with spinal injury in clinical surgery, the shortest time is 130 minutes, the long time for 240 minutes, the average time is 16 minutes; during surgery in patients with the most amount of bleeding was 800 ml, 400 ml for the least amount of bleeding, the average amount of bleeding was 500 ml; patients with vertebral average before surgery the height is 52 cm, the postoperative average height of vertebral body was 98 cm, the patients in the postoperative anterior vertebral height was significantly higher than that before surgery, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.
