桥接组合式内固定系统治疗 EdinburghⅡB 型锁骨骨折的疗效摘要：目的 探讨桥接组合式内固定系统治疗 EdinburghⅡB 型锁骨骨折的疗效。方法 将 40 例 EdinburghⅡB 型锁骨骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组（20 例，桥接组合式内固定系统）和对照组（20 例，锁定钢板内固定系统）。比较两组治疗效果及术后并发症。结果 两组患者均获得随访，时间 6~14 个月。术后：除手术操作时间外观察组均优于对照组（P<0.01）。根据 Neer 肩关节评分系统评价优良率：观察组为 17/20，对照组为 15/20，观察组优良率高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（χ2 =0.625，P>0.05）。术后并发症：两组术后均未发生切口感染，观察组 1 例出现内植物松动，对照组2 例出现钢板断裂，两组术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义（χ2 =0.360，P>0.05）。结论 桥接组合式内固定系统治疗 EdinburghⅡB型锁骨骨折同钢板一样能达到预期效果，但内固定断裂的发生率较钢板低，肩关节功能较早的得以恢复。 1 / 15关键词：锁骨骨折；桥接组合式内固定系统中图分类号：R 683.41; R 687.32Clinical Effect of Bridge-link Combined Fixation System (BCFS) in Treatment of EdinburghⅡB Type Clavicular FracturesAbstract: Objective: To explore the clinical effect of bridge-link combined fixation system (BCFS) in the treatment of Edinburgh B Ⅱtype clavicular fractures.
