中山市医疗卫生资源配置公平性分析【摘要】 目的：本研究主要通过收集整理 2015 年-2019 年《中山市卫生统计年鉴》中的数据，探究中山市卫生事业机构、床位数、卫生技术人员等三类医疗卫生资源在 24 个镇区间的配置公平性情况。方法：本研究采用卫生经济学中常用的统计方式基于洛伦兹曲线计算基尼系数和卫生资密度指数（HRDI）数学模型对上述三类资源配置公平性进行分析。结果：（1）该三类资源在中山市各镇区中配置处于不公平状态（2）卫生事业机构的配置公平性相对优于床位和卫生技术人员（3）需提高卫生资源在地理分布上公平性【关键词】 卫生资源配置公平性 基尼系数 卫生资源密度指数 Study on the Equity of medical and health resources allocation in Zhongshan City[Abstract] OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study is to explore the data of the Zhongshan City Health Statistics Yearbook 2015-2019, and explore the three types of medical and health resources in Zhongshan City, including health institutions, beds, and health technicians.
