本科论文摘 要随着当今世界格局的不断变化与发展，社会组织日渐呈现多样化趋势，营利组织与非营利组织并存，并且非营利组织的数量不断增加，占据了社会组织的绝大部分，但是随着不断发展的过程中就会暴露出很多的问题。相比较来说我国非营利组织的覆盖面积相当广泛，在社会生活中也帮助政府承担一部分社会的责任，我们都知道非营利组织它并不会存在利润，它会无偿性的进行一些服务，所以非营利组织本身就会存在着特别的地方，这也就造成了他具有无偿性和公益性的特点。本文就根据相关研究和文献进行对比，对非营利组织财务管理存在的相关问题并结合我国非营利组织财务管理中存在的问题为主要点进行分析，对这些主要问题提出解决措施，以此来解决我国非营利组织的现状，促使非营利组织在社会的发展中不断更新，不断的完善自身，促进社会的发展。本科论文关键词:非营利组织;财务管理;问题;对策AbstractWith the continuous change and development of the world structure, social organizations are becoming more and more diversified.
