基于低碳经济我国风电产业的发展研究——以甘肃酒泉为例摘 要随着环境问题的日益严峻，低碳经济已成为大势所趋。风电是水电之外技术最成熟、成本最低的可再生能源，为了改进我国电力结构，减少对火电的依赖，开发风电成为必然选择。甘肃酒泉风能资源富集，地理位置优越，且积累了一定的发展基础，但 2005 年以来“弃风”问题严重。甘肃酒泉风电基地作为我国第一个千万级风电基地的启动项目，是中国风电产业发展的一个投影点，具有重要的参照意义。本文试图通过建立 SWOT 分析模型对甘肃酒泉风电产业的竞争优势、竞争劣势、机会、威胁进行分析，从而提出相应的对策建议，为政策制定者和风电产业投资者提供参考。关键词： 低碳经济；风电产业；甘肃酒泉Research on the development of China's wind power industry based on low-carbon economy——a case of study for Jiuquan, Gansu ProvinceAbstractWith the increasingly serious environmental problems, low-carbon economy has become the general trend.
