互联网背景下经济型酒店服务创新研究

摘 要近些年，我国的经济持续快速发展，科学技术水平也在不断提高，网络与信息技术在各领域全面、深入运用，互联网成为被各行各业追捧的新的热点。目前，我国已进入互联网+时代。互联网+ 的到来，不但为经济型酒店创造了不同以往的机遇，也使他们面临巨大的挑战。具体而言，作为旅游出行、商务考察、探亲访友等住宿的重要选择，经济型酒店只有不断进行服务创新，才能在竞争激烈的现代化市场中立足。本文结合“互联网+” 时代背景的特点，对亚朵酒店服务创新现状及可借鉴之处进行了分析，找出当前经济型酒店存在的不足并得出其影响因素, 如服务人员素质、硬件配套设施、管理模式、运营模式等因素，并针对性地提出互联网+ 背景下经济型酒店通过创新经济思维、完善配套设施、改善人才结构、线上线下结合等进行服务创新的策略。关 键 词 ： 互联网+ ；经济型酒店；服务创新；亚朵酒店Abstract In recent years, China's economy continues to develop rapidly, the level of science and technology is also constantly improving, network and information technology in all fields of comprehensive, in-depth use, the Internet has become a new hot spot sought after by various industries.
