I互联网+背景下柔性管理对谷歌人力资源的影响分析内 容 摘 要随着互联网+时代来临,计算机技术的飞速发展,互联网+正对人们的生活产生着潜移默化的影响。相对于信息技术高速发展,传统的人力资源的缺点则暴露无遗,人才大量流失,大量高素质人才在企业怀才不遇等问题日益突出。互联网+时代背景下人力资源柔性管理的研究非常重要。高素质员工需要满足更高级需求层次,才会增加其企业忠诚度。本文通过分析已有的研究文献资料,采用文献分析法和定性分析法,在互联网+背景下,基于马斯洛需求层次理论、波士顿矩阵,人力资源柔性管理互联网+相关理论,针对人力资源柔性管理在谷歌公司的特点,在波士顿矩阵的基础上,从企业管理层级与员工归属感的组合,从而划分出四个象限进行优化改良,并以华为公司为例模型的应用分析,提出我国企业人力资源柔性管理的借鉴之处和改进对策。关键词:员工归属感;管理层级;马斯洛需求层次理论;人力资源柔性管理Analysis of the impact of flexible management on Google’s human resources in the context of Internet +Abstract With the advent of the Internet + era and the rapid development of computer technology, Internet + is exerting a subtle influence on people's life.
