本科论文摘 要会展活动的举办为城市发展以及改善城市环境带来了重要的契机，如今的会展行业呈现上升趋势，但是很多场馆的后续利用也存在着很多问题，这些问题难免造成了经济和人力等的损失，在可持续发展成为现在的热门话题的今日，为了人类共同的利用，为了我们的子孙后代我们也必须重视这个问题；倘若在会展活动结束之前就开始部署后续利用计划，以及考虑好后期场馆的运营管理，那么展会结束后也不至于惊慌失措，且不会出现利用不充分的现象。因此，对于会议场馆的后续利用值得我们进行研究。本文基于可持续发展观念，以上海世博会为例，并且对过往的几届世博会后续利用情况进行总结，去探讨会展场馆的后续开发利用，并且提出自己的见解，也希望自己的见解能给今后的会展场馆后续利用带来一些借鉴。关键词：会展场馆，后续利用，上海世博会本科论文AbstractThe holding of convention and exhibition activities has brought important opportunities for urban development and improvement of the urban environment.
