贵州烤烟出口现状及对策研究

摘 要贵州省是所有国家进行烤烟生产、买卖交易和对外出口系列生产活动当中的一个重点省份。长达将近半个世纪以来，其在烤烟的生产总量上远远保持领先地位。历经几十年来的不断自我更新和发展，贵州省烤烟在自身发展方式、资本积累、市场经营方式、新产品研发、对外出口销售量、有效的管理制度等方面取得了不小的成功，但在国际市场经济下，远远落后于国际烟草行业，其内部缺乏一套有利于参与国际市场竞争的科学机制，市场观念薄弱，经营管理方式比较粗放，管理滞后等情况。面对如此严峻的挑战，贵州省烤烟产业今后该如何寻找突破口？本文从政府部门、企业本身、及社会服务组织三个角度提出了促进贵州烤烟未来更好的走出国门的对策建议。关键词：贵州省；烤烟产业；出口现状；对策AbstractGuizhou Province is one of the key provinces for tobacco production, trade and export in all countries. For nearly half a century, it has maintained a leading position in the total production of flue-cured tobacco.
