汉钢集团辅材战略采购研究摘 要 我国钢铁产量自 1996 年破 1 亿吨目标后，一直居于世界第一。由于钢铁工业存在丰厚的利润，大量的钢铁及有关的旁支产业迅速出现，钢铁产能快速增加，这样的结果最后造成产能剩余量过多，也就是产能过剩。汉钢在该行业内位居前列，尤其是中西部地区，对其研究具备一定的代表性。本文为了彻底搞清楚上述背景下的产能过剩，阅读了海量的产能资料和相关文献，并对与之有关的战略采购理论进行了仔细的研读，明确了战略采购的涵义，论述了战略采购的重要性与管理要点，且以汉钢集团汉中钢铁有限责任公司为例分析其辅材战略采购的现状以及存在问题，最后提出了汉钢集团辅材战略采购方案设计及实施保障措施，以期实现降低采购的综合成本，提高公司竞争优势的目的。。关键词：汉钢集团；辅材；战略采购 AbstractThe foundation of China's national economy, the steel industry, from the reform and opening up to the present, progress quickly and efficiently, and has achieved good development prospects.
