摘 要互联网的发展推动着信息科技不断进步,信息传播越来越方便,人们获取信息的平台也趋于多元化,随着国家机构改革的正式落地,新的部门的产生也出现了新的岗位,国家对人才的需求加大,公职类教育的发展受人们的关注,其传播模式在新媒体的大环境下发展的也更完善。本文基于新媒体的环境下,就现有国内外文献进行梳理,寻找理论支持,通过对传播模式的研究,将传播者、传播途径、传播内容、传播效果和受众五部分进行结合对公职类教育的现状进行分析,在教培机构市场传播模式中更注重传播内容和受众。以导氮教育和粉笔教育传播模式为例,研究在其传播过程中五部分相比传统传播模式产生的新变化,总结在新媒体环境下,公职类教育传播模式的发展。为公职类教育传播模式提供发展经验。关键词:公职类教育;受众;用户画像AbstractThe development of the Internet has promoted the continuous advancement of information technology, more and more convenient for information dissemination, and the platform for people to obtain information has also become more diversified.
