C6140 卧式车床数控化改造设计控制部分的设计专 业:机械设计制造与其自动化 学 号:143学生:宫凤丽 指导老师:任继文摘 要中国是一个传统的机械制造大国,但其装备水平落后,特别是一些老的机械制造厂大多还是比较旧的机床,远远不能满足加工的要求。中国又是进展中国家,在经济紧的情况下,如何提高装备精度与自动化程度具有重要的现实意义经济型数控机床系统就是结合我国国情和生产实际,在满足系统基本功能的前提下所提出的。性价比适中是经济型数控机床最主要的特点。 本设计采纳单片机控制,实现了车床自动化,提高了加工精度,并且成本较低。C6140 普通车床的数控化改造控制部分的设计主要包括主传动部分的改造设计和伺服进给系统的改造设计。通过对控制系统硬件电路的设计和部分软件的设计,改造后的机床主运动能够实现自动变速;纵向、横向进给系统能够实现数控控制,其中纵向精度为 0.01mm/脉冲,横向精度为 0.005mm/脉冲,并且能够利用自动转位刀架,实现自动换刀与自动切削螺纹等功能。关键词:卧式车床;数控化改造;控制系统;单片机The numerical control transformation of the C6140 horizontal latheABSTRACTChina is a traditional machinery manufacturing country, but its level of equipment is backward, especially some old mechanical manufacture factories are equipped with the older machines, can not meet the processing requirements.
