《Animate（Flash）动画设计制作》课程教学改革探究与实践摘要：在高职高专深度教育教学改革的大背景下，探寻具有职教特色的、切实有效可行的专业课程教学改革方案显得尤为必要。该文以 Animate（Flash）二维动画市场需求为导向，面对职业岗位，参照职业标准，对课程的学习内容、教学模式、教学方法及考核评价方式等进行了基于工作过程的学习情境式教学设计。实践证明：实施了该有效教学改革，提高了课堂活力和教学效度，增强了学生的二维动画设计和制作能力，提升了学生职业竞争力，并养成了良好的职业素养，使得职业资格拿证率、技能大赛获奖率、毕业生就业率、岗位对口率和用人单位满意度明显提升。关键词：高职高专；Animate（Flash）动画；工作过程；学习情境设计；教学改革与实践中图分类号：G712 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009-3044（2024）33-0109-05Abstract： Under the background of the reform of in-depth education in higher vocational colleges， it is especially necessary to explore practical， effective and feasible professional curriculum reform programs with vocational education characteristics. Based on the Animate （Flash） two-dimensional animation market demand as the guidance， geared to the needs of professional post， with reference to professional standards， learning this course content， teaching mode， teaching methods and evaluation methods for the teaching design based on the working process of the learning environment.
