企业人事管理信息系统【摘要】企业人力资源管理工作是目前企业各项工作中的重点工作之一，如何能科学有效的开展好人事工作，是当前企业普遍关怀的问题。因此，实现企业人事工作的信息化管理有着十分重要的实践意义。 本系统是采纳 Asp 作为前台开发工具，SQL Server 作为后台数据库平台的基于 B/S 的两层模式的管理系统。旨在实现对现有的企业人事管理工作中遇到的各种情况和大量数据进行数据库存储的基础上，设计并完成对其各种数据的分类、查询和统计，在深化讨论的过程中，尽可能实现各类方便友好的操作界面和数据报表。【关键词】ASP，B/S，数据库，数据报表,SQL Server【Abstract】The mamagement for company human resource is one of focal point work in corporation for the present, how to scientific and efficiently develop the personnel matters is the problem that the industry circles were corporation concerned about at present time . This system is using Asp as the proscenium development tool , and SQL Server is as three layers of management system of model baseding on B/S of backstage supporter's data base terrace .Therefore to realize the information management of labour's work makes very important practic sence.
